We are beginning to explore remote camping for those folks that like off-road adventures. We spent considerable time looking for easy access trails for the RVer and the family who drives a SUV and tows a small camper or tent trailer. We took a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder and a 2002 Range Rover on the exploration and discovered that most of the trails we found are perfectly suited for people who like to be isolated to enjoy the music of the wilderness.

We will be mapping out remote trails for those that enjoy camping in the Winter issue of RV magazine. With day trips to 1850's mining operations and other historic aspects of being out in the wilds, you will certainly get a new perspective on how to go camping and still enjoy some of the amenities of the RV lifestyle.
